The Legacy of Cthulhu is a Role-Playing Game that lets players act as one of the few Survivors of the apocalypse brought to Earth by the Great Old Ones and their minions. The game’s main goal is survival, hiding in Shelters and waiting for the best windows of opportunity to go on supply runs. Food, medicine, weapons, and gear are the essential tools to resist the dooming future ahead, filled with regular folk possessed by pure desperation and madness, scheming cultists, shadowy priests, and the most dangerous Enemies of all: the perverse spawns of Cthulhu and other Great Old Ones, powerful enough to shatter someone’s mind just with their presence.

3 WAYS TO PLAY

You can play The Legacy of Cthulhu in Solo and Co-Op modes by using a robust system that includes an oracle, multiple tables, and other rules that will generate answers to every question, path, and cliffhanger you create in your story, that can lead to more than 20,000 narrative branches.

You can also play as a traditional RPG, with a player as a narrator or a Game Master, making choices and enemy rolls for the group.

A sandbox of horrors

Each setting is divided into hexagonal tiles, representing the different areas of a destroyed city. Your character can wander around the scene, spending time units to complete missions and other actions you create.

In extreme danger, you can always seek shelter to heal wounds, craft gear, or assemble upgrades.

Magic and Mayhem

Explore the depths of a ruined world and face 36 types of enemies. From deranged cultists to bloodthirsty aberrations, up to sanity-shattering cosmic entities clashing for dominance.

Fight fire with fire by uncovering artifacts of power like special weapons and trinkets while learning profane arcane spells for self-defense and aggression. Resist brutal horde attacks, upgrade your shelter, and explore 9 pre-made settings, from Arkham to Tokyo, each one with special new rules or twists.
